omg lets put 70 dudes in the room with us! Actually I think i might try to get one of these if possible.... Do they have *smoking* suites???  From what I can tell on the website for the hotel none of the rooms are smoking. People are saying on the quakecon site that they were able to get a suite at the Holiday Inn cheaper then a normal room at the hilton. |

New info on quakecon registration; http://news.quakecon.org/post/on-site-registration-planned-for-quakecon-r-2010Heres the quick info. A new on-site registration process said to streamline every guest’s registration experience. 250-seat tournament arena for spectators. Attendees can watch top matches live throughout every day of the competitions on large screens with simultaneous play-by-play commentary from this year’s shoutcasters. Attendees will also have their first chance to get their hands on upcoming Bethesda Softworks titles like Brink, Fallout: New Vegas, and Hunted: The Demon’s Forge. Rooms at the hilton are $154.00 a night with parking for $8 a day vs. $17 without a room. |

Look what they have put up around dfw http://forums.quakecon.org/showthread.php?t=13910 Ones at 635 eastbound, just before 35E and one at 75 near Walnut Hill Love the new logo, Vault Boy with a BFG! I hope this means that they will be showing off some other Bethesda games like Brink, Fallout: New Vegas, even Hunted: The Demon's Forge(early previews for this game call it "Gears of Warcraft" for its resemblances to Gears of War and World of Warcraft).

I'll probably swing by on Saturday to say hi to Stebo/Sabbie/Kyle/everyone else and check out all of the new pc games that are coming out that I don't care about. Also there is some sort of Fighting Game tourney I would like to go get raped at.
